Thorsten Brackert leads the firm's Insurance and Financial Institutions practices in the Nordic countries and is a core member of the People & Organization practice at The Boston Consulting Group.
Since joining BCG in 2001, Thorsten’s client work has focused mainly on retail and corporate banking and on transformational restructuring in the Nordics, Germany, Europe, and North America. He has acquired deep expertise in strategic and organizational topics.
Prior to joining BCG, Thorsten worked at Deutsche Bank.
